  1. Ordering

After you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the information about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address.

If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at [email protected].

  1. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days within Sweden. 5-10 days within the rest of the world. Note that orders placed on weekends will be sent earliest on Monday after.

NOTE! Taxes may be added upon arrival for citizens outside of the European Union.

  1. Prices

All prices in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices caused by incorrect information.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods from the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the ordered item. NOTE! This only applies to countries within the European Union. For other countries outside the EU ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

5.1. Exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must inform us that you wish to withdraw. The message should be sent to us at [email protected]. In your message, clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items you wish to return. Also, mark the subject line as "return."

You should promptly, and no later than within 14 days from the date of your withdrawal notice, return the products to us.

You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. Therefore, the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product's value if it has been used or damaged.

5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons, and the seal has been broken by you.

Products with characteristics of sealed audio or video recordings, and the seal has been broken by you.

Custom-made products that have been tailor-made specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

Services that have been fully performed, and you have expressly consented to the service beginning without the right of withdrawal.

Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as perishable goods.

Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

  1. Complaints and Claims

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. If the product still arrives damaged or incorrectly dispatched, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

Complaints should be made immediately after discovering the defect.

6.1. How to proceed with a complaint:

Any faults and defects should always be reported to us at [email protected], stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect. Also, mark the subject line as "complaint."

If we fail to remedy the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We do not assume any responsibility for indirect damages that may arise from the product.

We do not accept any responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, official decisions, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, we do not take responsibility for any changes to products/product features made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and products that have been sold out. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products, as there may be some color differences depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.

In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
